Dealing with the slight up and down play (rattle)

To lift the white plastic strips, wind the carriage to the right to the end of its travel and with a screwdriver prise the plastic out of the aluminium groove. ( it won't break) Lightly tap it back into the groove with a piece of wood but not fully seated. Wind the carriage fully in the other direction whilst gently tapping the plastic as you
go.
Anfortunaltey the fit was so thight that the bar could not be moved any more.
So I lifted the strip once more and simmed 5 layer of standard paper under the strip. After 3 attempts the bar is now moving smoothley without play (up and down)
Um das vertikale Spiel aus der Führung zu bekommen, habe ich die weißen Kunststoffführung mit Fühlerlehrenband unterlegt (2x 0,2mm). Die Kunststoffführung kann mit einem Schraubenschlüssel einfach aus der Führung gehebelt werden. (Auf dem Foto ist der erste Versuch mit Papier zu sehen).
Das Horizontale Spiel in der Führung kann elemeniert werden, indem beim Spannen des Werkstückes das Werkstück gegen die Woodrat gedrückt wird. Besser finde ich die Lösung durch eine kleine Vorrichtung:
